10 Most Awaited Hollywood Movies of 2017

This year, Hollywood is ready to amaze us by some incredible movies which are lined up for the release one after the other. Here is the list of movies which you would want to see for sure!

1. The Fate Of The Furious

One of the most famous movie franchise in the world is surely The Fast and The Furious. No doubt the eighth installment in the franchise is the most awaited movie of 2017 which is directed by F. Gary Gray.  As Fast 7 concluded, it was shown that Dom and Letty went on for their honeymoon and Brian and Mia retired from the game. The other team members also found their way back to their normal life. But according to the trailer, it is seems that a strange and mysterious woman has manipulated Dom to act against his own family. Dom seems to be trapped in the crime world and is shown betraying his own team. It will be now interesting to see how the other crew members face the betrayal of Dom and still fight for him against this strange woman. It will also be exciting to see the amazing cars doing stunts on the shores of Cuba and on the icy plains off the arctic Barents Sea. The worldwide release of the movie is on 14^th April, 2017.

2. Logan

Logan is the tenth installment in the X-men film franchise. Logan is the name of the character Wolverine played by Hugh Jackman. Wolverine is the most loved and famous character in the X-men film series. Hugh Jackman will be seen for the last time playing the character of wolverine. It is also the last solo wolverine film. Wolverine is famous because of his healing factor, but according to the trailer, it is seems that Logan is growing old and his healing power is fading away. It will be interesting to see how Logan still manages to take care of the ill professor Xavier and a young girl named Laura from Transigen organization and protect them from new arising enemies. Logan will hit the silver screen worldwide on March 3, 2017. Watching the Legendary actor for the last time playing the role of wolverine will surely attract the audiences.

3. Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales

It is the fifth installment in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series which is directed by Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. One of the most famous characters portrayed on the silver screen is Captain Jack Sparrow played by Johnny Depp. Pirates of the Caribbean has always been successful in driving the audience towards the edge of the seats with the powerful story-line and stomach aching humorous punches by the intriguing characters in the film, specially by Jack Sparrow.  According to the trailer of this installment, Captain Salazar has escaped from the Devil’s Triangle along with his crew of ghost pirates and is looking for Jack Sparrow. Captain Salazar not only wants to kill Jack Sparrow but is also set to kill every pirate at sea. It will be fascinating to see how the humorous, witty, cunning and courageous Jack Sparrow fights his old enemy captain Salazar and save every pirate from his wrath. This movie is scheduled to be released on 26^th of May, 2017.

4. Transformers: The Last Knight

Transformers: The last knight is the fifth installment of the Transformers film franchise directed by Michael Bay. Transformers film series has always been successful in creating a huge impact at the box office because of it’s out of the box story-line of alien robots visiting planet earth that can transform themselves into various vehicles and war machines. The good transformers (Autobots) fight against bad transformers (Decepticons) to avert them from capturing planet earth and killing human beings. The intense action sequences and extraordinary 3d effects have always been the key factor for the success of Transformers film series. The most loved characters in the film are Optimus Prime and Bumblebee who seems to be fighting with each other in the trailer. In the last installment of transformers, Optimus Prime left the planet earth in search of his own planet. It will be interesting to see whether Optimus Prime is successful in finding his home planet and the one who created him and other transformers. If he is successful in finding then what if his planet is completely destroyed? 5. John Wick: Chapter 2

John Wick: Chapter 2 is a sequel to the 2014 film John Wick which is directed by Chad Stahelski. John Wick character played by Keanu Reeves has already received an instant worldwide acclamation from the audiences and the film critics. The action sequences and thrilling moments in the film amazed the audiences. Especially the style of fighting and skills shown by John Wick has bewildered the audiences. John Wick is a legendary hitman who was all set to retire, but it seems that one of his former associate is adamant about forcing John to abstain himself from retirement. This sequel is all about how John Wick prepares himself to fight against the world’s deadliest killers. Homecoming is not the only film based on the story of Spiderman, there have been many several spider-man film series such as the Amazing Spiderman, but homecoming is the collaboration of Spiderman with Avengers. We already saw in Civil War that Spiderman joined the team of avengers with the help of Tony Stark (Iron Man). Peter Parker (Spiderman) is still a kid but is equally thrilled by the experience of fighting with the Avengers. He lives with his Aunt May, under the vigilant new mentor Tony Stark. He tries to get along with his normal daily routine and school life but he even wants to prove the world that he is more than just a mere kid. He is very eager to explore himself as an Avenger and fight against the powerful new villain Vulture. This movie will be about how Peter Parker manages to protect the city and things important to him against this new villain with least support of other Avengers. Iron Man and Spider Man fighting together have already intrigued the audiences. Homecoming will be released worldwide on July 7, 2017.

7. Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman is an upcoming superhero film based on the DC comic character directed by Patty Jenkins. According to the trailer, it seems an American pilot crashes on the shores of an Island where the people and family of princess Diana lives. She saves the pilot from drowning and brings him on the island. The pilot informs them about the on-going war between many civilizations. Diana who is trained to be an unconquerable warrior, leaves her home with a strong conviction to stop the war. Fighting alongside the pilot in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover full powers and her true destiny and eventually become Wonder Woman. The movie is scheduled to release worldwide on June 2, 2017. 

8. Thor : Ragnarok

Thor : Ragnarok is the third film in the Thor film series directed by Taika Waititi and produced by Marvel Studios. In the former two installments, Thor, the king of Asgard has been seen protecting his people against his own cunning brother Loki, who also wants to be the king of Asgard. But this time, Thor will be fighting against ruthless and powerful villain known as Hela. The meaning of Ragnarok is the doom of the gods. After the events shown in Avengers : Age of Ultron, Thor needs to return promptly to his home world in order to stop the monstrous Hela and the imminent Ragnarok. In the former installment Loki bluffed his brother Thor by faking his death and at the end of movie he appeared to be sitting on the Throne of Asgard in place of his father Odin. Fans are eagerly waiting to see how Loki faked his death and returned to his home world. The movie is scheduled to be released on November 3, 2017.

9. Justice League

Justice League is an upcoming superhero film based on the DC Comics superhero team directed by Zack Snyder. Justice League is basically collaboration of all the superheroes like Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg to fight together against the powerful enemies. Superman is the most powerful superhero amongst all the DC comics superhero, but in the former film Batman vs Superman, Superman sacrifices himself for the sake of humanity. Now that the Superman is dead, Batman and Wonder Woman assemble a team of meta-humans to face a newly awakened threat and prevent the catastrophe. But the death of Superman is still a mystery, whether he is really dead or not. It will be amazing to see the return of Superman. Justice League will be released worldwide on November 17, 2017.

10. xXx : Return Of Xander Cage

xXx: Return of Xander Cage is the third film in the xXx franchise directed by D. J. Caruso. Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) works for the government on some secret and deadliest missions. As per the trailer, it seems that government loses a powerful device that can control various military machines, in the hands of four villains. In order to desist the villains from misemploying the device, the government asks Xander Cage who was on self-imposed exile to race the villains. Xander Cage is not interested to work with the team provided by the government, so he chooses his own team from all around the world who have some special skill-set. Here is the entry of Deepika Padukone, one of the best actresses from Bollywood, as a member of Xander’s special team. The fans of Vin Diesel and Deepika Padukone are already excited to see them doing some action sequences together. The film will hit the screens on January 14, 2017 in India and on January 20, 2017 globally.
